BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few practical
questions.
What if some of the history is missing?
We work with the evidence available and identify what is missing. An empty service-record folder does not become an invented history. Essential identity, access and an agreed title-resolution path must be addressed before the clock starts.
How much photography is included?
The owner engagement arranges photography to a scope agreed before booking. A typical planning target is 80–150 useful images, depending on the car and venue. The actual shoot, location, access and any additional costs are confirmed in your engagement. Trade photography is supplied or separately funded.
Do you run the auction or guarantee a sale?
The standard engagement prepares the packet. You approve the final copy and reserve, maintain your venue account and handle fees and submission. Submission handling and live-auction support require a separate agreement. Platform acceptance, timing and sale results are not guaranteed.
What happens if access or review is delayed?
The schedule depends on agreed access, photography and review dates. If a dependency slips, we tell you when the delay becomes clear and agree a revised delivery date. The timing provisions are confirmed before work begins.
